ESIC Registration Online – Overview
The Employees’ State Insurance (ESI) scheme, launched by the Government of India, provides medical, financial, and other benefits to employees. It is administered by the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Labour and Employment.

As per the law, ESI registration is mandatory for companies with more than 10 employees (in some states, the limit is 20 employees). For employees earning up to ₹21,000 per month (including basic salary and dearness allowance), the applicable ESI contribution is deducted from their salary.

ESIC Registration Online Process

When you choose Expert Mantra for your ESIC New Registration, we complete the process in three simple steps, saving you time and effort.

1. Form Filling – You fill out the ESIC Online Registration form and provide the required documents.

2. Verification – Our team carefully cross-checks every detail to ensure there are no errors or omissions. This step may take up to 12 days.

3. Submission – We submit your ESIC registration application along with the necessary legal paperwork, which usually takes 2 working days.

At this stage, your part of the registration is complete. The government then reviews the application and processes your ESIC registration. Once approved, Expert Mantra provides you with:
